The townhomes are located on two different areas of the development, phase 1 - initial phase and phase 2 - lakefront. Phase 2 will be approx 12 - 18 months build time but will overlook a large lake area that will be pleasantly dusted with the Florida evening sun for an enjoyable view from each townhome.
