This spacious and tropical 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a screened private pool, has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, plates, and drink ware for 8 people. For our guests' convenience, there is a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a washer and clothes dryer for guests use. The living room and pool face south, so you enjoy several hours of Florida sunshine even in the winter months. Other amenities included are cable/satellite TV service, 3 TVs, high speed internet service, and phone service. The villa is equipped with central air conditioning, and central heating. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
